Either retrospectively looking back at what happened or prospectively looking forward as to the adequacy of the construction programme, Amex can review the project and the programme and report on the status as we see it.

Prospective

Site inspections, design status reviews, statutory approval status and procurement status as well as planned v actual cashflow status, can all assist in producing a report that can recommend improvements or highlight risks for further actions.

Retrospective

Site records, diaries, RFI's, subcontractor reports, internal and external MC reports, short term programmes can assist in producing an as built programme to compare against that planned.  Then Allocation of responsibility can be based on the facts.
